Frequently Asked Questions

How long is the process from beginning to end?

The process really depends on the amount of work that is going to be taking place. Typically from first consult to the completed project is 45 days.

Can I book guest during construction?

We advise to block out your calendar for the days that the workers will be on site. Our team will be going in and out, will need access to electricity, and will be on site starting early and making noise. All of these factors may affect your guest's experiences and, ultimately, the reviews on your profiles.

Can I just get one of the epic additions like a pickle ball court, or do you only do full makeovers?

The best value is creating a full experience for the guest. However, we can absolutely do just a court or a pool and deck if that is what you would like to start with.

Are these services worth the investment?

Our research shows that not only will you be able to charge more on your nightly rate, but you will stand out from your competition and your booking numbers will increase. Not to mention, the increase in value you are adding to your property.

Can I be a part of the creative process?

Yes- during our first consultation we are happy to collaborate and incorporate any and all ideas you have that make sense for your situation. However, we are also happy to take full control and give you a complete hands-off turnkey experience if you wish.
